We lost our sweet Gabby-Grace on June 30, 2007, we don't know the reason, but her sweet little heart
just stopped beating. She was silently born on July 1, 2007 weighing 5 lbs 3 oz and was 18 inches
long. She was two days away from her set induction date. We love her and miss her every moment of
everyday.
Dear Momma,
I know how much you love me
And I know how much you care.
I know that you're still wishing
That I could be down there.
I know this day is hard for you
And I know you'll probably cry.
And Jesus knows you're hurting too
And He understands just why.
I wish that I could be there
To wipe away your tears.
But I'm up here with Jesus now
And in some future year,
We all will be together
And there will be no more tears.
And we'll get to know each other
Like we always wanted to.
But for now just know I love you
And Jesus loves you too.
My Father here in Heaven
Watches over me for you.
And He's sending someone to you
That I already know.
Someone you and Daddy can love
And touch and hold.
A little person bright and new
Whose life you two will mold.
So please remember Mommy
This new baby on your knee,
Is bringing to you from above

Softly the leaves of memory fall
Gently I gather and treasure them all,
Unseen, unheard you are always near,
So missed, so loved, so very dear.
No longer in our lives to share,
But in our hearts you're always there.
I carried you so lovingly,
Within my gentle womb...
And little did I realise,
Your life would end too soon.
I never got the chance to say
'I love you, little one'...
Before I held you in my arms,
Your life on earth was done.
The grief is indescribable,
To lose a child this way...
All the many hopes and dreams,
Just vanished on that day.
I know I'll see the sun shine bright
Upon my baby's face...
When I finally get to heaven,
All my pain will be erased.
We'll soar the skies together,
As angels two by two...
We'll have a sweet reunion
This mother's dream come true.

A beautiful little angel showed up to Heaven's gates,
Confused and unknowing the plan that for her awaits.
Then another little angel walked up and took her hand,
And said, 'Please don't be sad you left, you're in the Promised Land.'
'I'm glad to be here but I do not think I was to go,
Perhaps there was a mistake, for my mommy wanted me so!'
The little greeting angel gave a sweet smile and said,
'My mommy wanted me too, but to Heaven I was led.
You see, we do not get to choose when on Earth it's time to go.
He gave us life, love and joy and a mother's womb to grow.
The Lord still needs new angels to guide them down on earth.
To watch over, comfort them, and help them see their worth.'
'Is there still a way that I can sleep in my mommy's bed?'
The greeting angel grinned and said, 'That luxury you will keep.
I visit my mommy nightly and softly sing her to sleep.'
The little angel replied, 'Then I think I'll like it here.
I'll visit my mommy nightly and weaken her pain and fears.
I love her and will keep her safe at night and in between,
And let her know with a sweet memory that she is still with me.'
The greeting angel gave the new friend a big hug and said,
'Until our mommy's meet us here, let's be best angel friends.'
'Okay,' said the new angel, 'that sounds good to me.'
Then the angels sat and played keeping their mommy's in sight,
Humming the tune to the song they would sing to their mommies tonight.
An angel once lay beneath my heart,
a promise of life to come;
My little babe was resting there,
yet, would not follow me home.
My tiny precious angel,
had plans unknown to all,
for my Angel heard the voice of God,
and hastened to His call.
My Angel flew on fragile wings,
into the Father's arms,
to slumber there in peaceful rest,
untouched by earthly harms.
So, slumber there my precious child,
till I can come to you;
I'll keep you here, deep in my heart,
till my journey on earth is through.
Over the rainbow, way up high,
past fluffy white clouds the angel babies fly.
With the sun's golden rays shining bright overhead,
tumble and bumble they bounce out of bed.
Good morning, sun! The day has begun!
With delicate wings and sweet little faces,
they dance and they play and they race flying races.
Then, swooping and looping down through a cloud,
or sliding and riding and singing out loud,
wiggle and giggle some fast and some slow,
the angel babies fly to the earth down below.
Not everyone knows this, but truly it's true --
little angel babies have big jobs to do!
In gardens and meadows, they coax forth the flowers
with sunlight and love and gentle rain showers.
In fields and forests they spread soft white wings,
sharing kindness and joy with all living things.
Small animal babies in quiet green places
rejoice in warm smiles from sweet angel faces.
In backyards and baskets, on fireside rugs,
small creatures are cuddles in soft angel hugs.
Soon evening is bright with red-orange light,
and day slowly fades to make way for the night.
As good little children curl up in their beds,
the angels bring sweet dreams to young sleepyheads.
Then the sound of a horn only angels can hear
calls out to them all -- here and there, far and near.
It beckons them back from wherever they roam:
Work is done for the day! Now it's time to go home.
Blinking and winking, bright stars in the sky
twinkle and shine as the angels fly by -- so softly singing a sweet lullaby.
Yawning and stretching, they climb in their beds.
Cloud blankets warm bodies, cloud pillows rest heads.
Snuggled in tight with the moon shining bright
sleep tight, sweet dreams, good night. Good night, angel babies.

The sound of an Angel
Her wings flying around me
The sound of her winds, I can hear
But it's her face I cannot see
She is an Angel in heaven
With God most high
She became an Angel
Before my hello or my good-bye
The tiny little Angel
Born too silent, too still
But I have to turn my heart to heaven
And know it must have been God's will
To take her away from
All the love that I had
Knowing she has gone before me
Should make me happy, not sad
So I am asking you Lord
To carry me through these hard times
Until I walk through your Golden Gates
And once again my daughter can be mine.

When the darkness of the evening
Crowds away the sun's last rays
And you lift your eyes to Heaven,
You may see a brand new blaze.
It's brilliant and it's lovely,
And it's shining just for you.
It's a brand new star in heaven,
Lit to welcome someone new.
Though your days may seem much longer
Since she had to cross that line,
If you lift your eyes to Heaven,
You will see that she still shines.
It's just a soft reminder
That although she is gone
As long as you let love grow,
Her little light shines on.
And though you want her in your arms,
She's safe as she can be,
for she's in the arms of angels
And most perfect company.
And even in the morning,
Stars are lost in light of day,
Your little one is shining,
And not so far away.
A precious angel slipped away,
no one heard a cry.
No time for Daddy and Mommy
to sing me lullabies.
My time with you was much too short,
I had to leave so soon.
But love had joined us as I grew
inside my mommy's womb.
It wove its way within our hearts,
in all our hopes and dreams,
until the very purest love
became my tiny wings.
Although I could not stay with you,
I knew right from the start
that once you felt your angel's love,
you'd keep me in your heart.
I'm just a little angel
but my time was not in vain,
as dark clouds that surrounded you
gave way unto the sun.
My precious parents you will see
that any heart will sing,
if only for a moment
it is brushed by angel wings.
To My Dearest Family:
Some things I'd like to say
but first of all to let you know
that I arrived okay
I'm writing this from Heaven
where I dwell with God above
where there's no more tears
or sadness there
is just eternal love
Please do not be unhappy
just because I'm out of sight
remember that I'm with you
every morning, noon and night
That day I had to leave you
when my life on Earth was through
God picked me up and hugged me
and He said I welcome you
It's good to have you back again
you were missed while you were gone
as for your dearest family
they'll be here later on
I need you here so badly
as part of My big plan
there's so much that we have to do
to help our mortal man
Then God gave me a list of things
He wished for me to do
and foremost on that list of mine
is to watch and care for you
And I will be beside you
every day and week and year
and when you're sad
I'm standing there
to wipe away the tear
And when you lie in bed at night
the days chores put to flight
God and I are closest to you
in the middle of the night
I wish that I could tell you
of all that God has planned
but if I were to tell you
you wouldn't understand
But one thing is for certain
though my life on Earth is o're
I am closer to you now
than I ever was before
There are rocky roads ahead of you
and many hills to climb
but together we can do it
taking one day at a time
And now I am contented
that my life it was worthwhile
knowing as I passed along the way
I made somebody smile
When you are walking
down the street
and you've got me on your mind
I'm walking in your footsteps
only half a step behind
And when you feel the gentle breeze
or the wind upon your face
that's me giving you a great big hug
or just a soft embrace
And when it's time for you to go
from that body to be free
remember you're not going
you are coming here to me
And I will always love you
from that land way up above
